Year 3 Healthy Heroes

This week Year 3 were lucky to have Mr Harrington from healthy heroes join us and teach us some more information about how to keep our bodies healthy. We discussed the different food groups and how much of each food group we should be having. We also discussed things that we do in our everyday lives and put them on a scale of how much physical activity they involve. Finally Mr Harrington took us in the hall to do some physical activity!
